Program Description

A day of contrasts awaits you in the north of Fuerteventura, where dramatic volcanic landscapes meet laid-back coastal towns and surfer vibes. This experience blends nature, local culture, and free time by the ocean — perfect if you want to see a more authentic side of the island.

After hotel pickup, you’ll head north to the impressive Corralejo Dunes. Here, sweeping views open up across the ocean toward Lanzarote and Lobos, while rolling white sands create one of Fuerteventura’s most iconic landscapes.

Next, you’ll walk along the rim of the Calderón Hondo volcanic crater. Peering into this extinct volcano offers a fascinating glimpse into the island’s volcanic past and its untamed natural beauty.

The journey continues to Lajares, a relaxed surfers’ village known for its creative energy, small cafés, and local craft shops. This is the beating heart of surf culture in the north, where the pace slows and the atmosphere feels effortlessly cool.

You’ll then visit El Cotillo, a beautiful seaside village that has kept its fishing-village charm. With its natural beaches, turquoise waters, and scenic coastline, it’s an ideal spot to soak in the laid-back spirit of Fuerteventura.

Another highlight is Corralejo, one of the liveliest towns in the north of the island. You’ll have free time to wander through the streets, enjoy lunch, relax on the beach, or browse local shops. Along the way, you’ll also stop at Popcorn Beach, a truly unique beach famous for its popcorn-shaped sand.

The route also takes you off the beaten path along the northern coast, reaching the small settlement of Majanicho — a quiet place where life moves to the rhythm of the ocean.

On the way back south, you’ll pass the striking Tindaya Mountain, one of Fuerteventura’s most symbolic landmarks, as well as traditional villages and rural landscapes that reveal the island’s quieter side.

The order of sightseeing and the program may be subject to change.
